Saturday went by in a whirl wind, so I am not sure if I thanked you properly. But I had the MOST amazing night and the messages from those attending have been wonderful. Everyone clearly had a fantastic time and were shocked with what my husband put together ‘with no female input’…..if only they knew!
Between the two of you, you thought of everything. My only regret is not playing space invaders with the teenagers! So wonderful to see all our favourite people mixing and having a laugh together. The band and music was incredible. Such fun. And the food was amazing!

We have just about recovered from what was the most memorable of celebrations. It’s difficult to find words to express our enormous thanks for your key role in the weekend’s success. Working with the briefest of briefs, you delivered a truly amazing 50th birthday party. We didn’t really know what to expect, but what we experienced was far and away above anything we could have imagined. The choice of venue; the marquee & “Winter Wonderland” decorations; the team working on all aspects of the weekend – nothing could be faulted in any way. From start to end, you handled everything with such calmness and were totally in control that you manged to take all potential stress out of the weekend. We never thought we could have the luxury of feeling like guests at our own party, but we certainly did. Our friends and family continue to voice their amazement at the weekend – our now legendary 50th Birthday weekend will stay in our memories and our friends’ for years to come!
Well, what a party! It was a triumph, I'm sure you know. The best ever! Thank you so much. Its taken me all week to recover and I'm still not feeling 100% but, it sure was worth it.
The marquee, the decorations, the flowers (!!!!!) the lighting - just stunning. And our head-dresses were genius.
The amazing make up artists who were sensational and made us feel 'beautiful' and 'magical'. They really were so good at what they did.
Wesley's food was delicious and brilliant on every plate - he is indeed a master chef.
I couldn't get near the Fortune Teller but I'm glad she was popular, the fires and smoking pits were a big success and the Band - well they are the best music set we've ever known (and so say our friends) and were missed when they finished for the night . . . not that it stopped us leaping about on the stage.
Thank you for master-minding and presiding over the best of evenings, the most memorable of parties. It was one to remember, all our lives.

What can I say? It was a fabulous party! Everyone is thrilled and we reached our objective - of actually enjoying one of our fab parties (as opposed to running around). Our friends had such an amazing time and we could spend our time dancing and socialising without worrying about having to look after people.
Staff - the team worked hard, constant and with a smile on their face.
Bar - the drinks were delicious and the two guys were lovely.
Carlos and food - I only had the Paella and it was DELICIOUS!
Bex - you were amazing before, during and after the event. You worked tirelessly and responded to my requests.

When Alex and Lukas announced their engagement, we knew that there was just one person to whom we would entrust the organisation and planning of their wedding day – Henry! Safe in his hands every detail would be taken care of, the décor and flowers would be stunningly beautiful, the supper delicious, the staff attentive, the music splendid. He promised us ‘the most fantastic wedding’ and it was that and much more. For our family and for all our guests it was a magical and precious moment to cherish for always.
Henry organised our daughter's wedding in the grounds of our house in Gloucestershire. He can be counted on to make sure everything runs like clockwork, and in style. I was able to just enjoy the day. He stays calm and cheerful throughout, and finds solutions to everything. It was wonderful!
We are thrilled with how the party went last weekend. The thank you letters that have poured through the door are unanimous - everyone obviously had a ball! I have been singing your praises highly to all of our friends in the hope that we might be lucky enough to be invited as guests to one of your parties in the future!! "Milestone" parties are one-offs, and therefore we want them to be memorable, both for ourselves and our guests - there is no doubt you achieved this hands down. The party was a triumph, and we are absolutely delighted - its all down to you so thank you Henry!
We have recently given a large ball for 250 people for our son’s 21st birthday, which involved erecting a large marquee and flood lighting the house, garden and surrounding Estate. The coordination of all of the services was quite honestly too much for either of us to contemplate. Henry arranged for us the most wonderful evening that any of us could ever have imagined possible. Henry is totally dedicated and efficient in every respect and I could never envisage giving another party without him to help us. I cannot recommend him more highly to anyone considering giving a similar party, or any function which involves large, diverse areas of complicated planning.
Just a quick note to say thank you very much for organising an absolutely fantastic party for us. Everything went so smoothly and all the people you assigned to the event were super – really professional, discreet and fun! They did a good job keeping us on the timetable otherwise we would have stood around drinking all night...and never got around to eating and dancing! We’ll give you a call when we need another party!!
Henry has enormous charm, tact and diplomacy, and also formidable powers of project management, competence and patience. He was well organised, kept meticulously to a timetable and had a good eye for detail. He was at hand during the last few days co-ordinating the numerous suppliers, attended the rehearsal in the church and was happy to help with any last minute demands. On the day of the wedding he was present right through until the last guests had left, taking care of any queries, deliveries and last minute hitches. The next morning he was one of the first on site, helping with the clearing up process and with the preparations of a large lunch party. All of us now think of him not only as a first class organiser but also as a friend. I could not recommend him more highly.
The marquee, decor and food were all incredible and the band really couldn’t have been better (I loved that they seemed to have as much fun as all the guests), and all of the staff you employed, from the marquee guys, to Andy the electrician, to Angus the chef and his team, to security, to the bar and waiting staff were fantastic - nothing was too much trouble. Henry transformed a rather staid annual awards dinner into a dynamic and exciting spectacle. Our event relied heavily on sponsorship from corporate bodies who were all thrilled by the quality and standard of the event, which fully matched their high expectations and more.

When you first met us we had just finished watching the Royal Wedding. We were on such a high and our expectations of my daughter’s 21st had suddenly spiralled up to dizzy heights.
One of my failings is that I am not by nature a delegator but it was, on this occasion, obvious that I didn’t know where to start to put together that special party my daughter wanted. On meeting you it was soon apparent that here was someone who could organise it perfectly, take all those worries on your shoulders and that I would enjoy the party 100%. Unlike several other Event companies with whom we had also made contact around the same time, Henry seemed more than happy to work within a relatively short deadline (about 2 weeks) and to do so with good humour and enthusiasm. How do you have the patience to overcome all the tedious questions and line-up everyone as you did? The fleet of cars to ferry us to and from the church and the huge amount of butlers, waiters, chefs and even nannies who catered for our every need.
The flowers have been a sensation; how right you were. Samantha followed our instructions to the last T and every single letter I have received has remarked upon them and the beauty of your marquee. BRILLIANT again. Of course.

Outstanding all around. Nobody does it better. Henry, Chloe and the whole team make such an effort to make sure everything is perfect. Their pre-planning is excellent, thoughtful and detailed. They work with a network of high-quality suppliers. The whole HB team is deep, expert and incredibly eager to help. But it's their effort on the day that is off the scale. Chloe was ever-present and Henry was the last person to leave our wedding reception, which was described by our guests as somewhere between "amazing" and "the best wedding ever".
