2018 has already gone off to a flying start with the launch of our own wedding venue and party space in the Cotswolds!
Lapstone Barn is a brand-new wedding barn and party venue located just outside Chipping Campden in the Cotswolds.
After an extensive restoration, this 18th Century Cotswold wedding venue has many different and flexible spaces. It is licenced for civil ceremonies for up to 200 guests inside and outside. The Hayloft is a wonderful upstairs area where you and your bridal party can retreat and prepare before your wedding. There are several different areas to hold your civil ceremony in and The Stone Barn area also makes a fantastic nightclub later.
The Northwick dining barn has wonderful glass panel windows with views out to an enclosed courtyard on one side and amazing views of the Cotswold Hills on the other side. The Tanner’s Bar has a wood burner, sofas and a large rustic wooden bar to relax or party in. There is also another outside garden area with views of cornfields and rolling Cotswold countryside – ideal for photographs, BBQs, fire pits and games.
Lapstone Barn has an alcohol and entertainment licence until 1am so guests can really party! Private and corporate parties can also be held at Lapstone with extensive menus, cocktails, fantastic suppliers and entertainers.
Over Christmas we hosted our first Christmas Party for 150 guests. Champagne, Dark and Stormy cocktails, roving canapés, bands, 30ft indoor Christmas tree, magicians and an electric violinist – it was a cracking party!
We are completely biased about this Cotswold wedding venue as we own and operate it. Our aim is to create the most unique wedding and party space in the Cotswolds where service, attention to detail and everlasting memories are second to none.
