Winter parties are back and set to be bigger and better than ever before!
Think roaring fires, delicious seasonal food, incredible lighting and even the possibility of snow! We’ve been looking through the archives to share some of our favourite winter party trends from London and the Cotswolds.
Lighting
Never underestimate the power of good lighting. From uplighters, spotlights, festoon walkways, neon signs and candles galore; it’s a key player at every party we organise, and even more prevalent when the days are shorter, and celebrations commence after dark.
The Feast
Our handpicked caterers deliver bespoke menus using only the finest ingredients that will have guests raving about the food for years to come.
Think hearty, perfectly executed canapes to delight on arrival, followed by a decadent seasonal menu.
We want you and your guests to enjoy the party into the early hours, so cue some midnight bites to keep everyone going. Truffle fries and croque monsieur’s are always well-received, especially when served alongside an expresso martini!
Theme
Create an elegant table-scape with seasonal foliage, berries, and candles. Rich wine red, forest green and metallic give a nod to festive colours – think about pulling these colours through with coloured linen on the tables and napkins to compliment the table décor.
If you want fun over elegance, how about an après-ski or winter wonderland theme to go all out styling the venue and have your guests join with their outfits too?
Alfresco Fun
Embrace the cold, crisp evenings and get fires roaring. We love to offer guests cosy blankets for extra warmth. Add some s’mores and sparklers for extra fun.
