The Brief
We met our clients in London on a dark and gloomy February evening and within five months we had organised and produced their magical luxury wedding at Lulworth Castle in Dorset in glorious summer sunshine.
Lulworth Castle is a picturesque venue located on the Dorset Coast. Historically it played an important role in the English Civil War as a Royalist stronghold. In 1929 much of the castle was destroyed by fire, but it was later restored by English Heritage. Today, Lulworth Castle is a unique wedding venue surrounded by beautiful parkland and gardens, rich in history and a cherished landmark in the local region.
The wedding blessing took place in the fifteenth century church in the grounds of Lulworth Castle – it provided the perfect backdrop as the bride arrived on a beautiful horse drawn carriage. Following the ceremony, guests made their way to the castle where they enjoyed mouth watering canapés and Champagne in the stunning castle grounds. Dinner was served in the castle and guests danced the night away to a 14 piece live band, culminating in a spectacular fireworks display viewed by guests from the castle terrace.
