The brief
70’s vibes for a family celebration of 250 guests at London party venue, One Marylebone. This family wanted to celebrate the parents and children’s birthdays all in one go, making it a 212th birthday party (all their ages put together!).
As bespoke London party planners, the Henry Bonas team transformed an exclusive London venue using glitter balls, shimmer walls, slash curtains and an LED dancefloor for a very groovy night.
We had actors in 70s costumes greeting guests, cocktails from the round glitter and mirror topped bar and sequined food stalls offering mac ‘n’ cheese and mini burgers.
The highlight of the night was the fantastic performance from Bjorn Again the renowned ABBA tribute band. Following the band, DJ Mavrick took to the decks to see the party through until the early hours.
'Wow, what a night! Henry and his team organised everything so well that we could really enjoy our own party, dancing the night away with 250 family and friends. The location and decor were amazing, the bar and food fabulous, and the band and DJ absolutely great. We were on a high for weeks afterwards and have had rave feedback from all our guests.'
