The brief

A wedding for an American Bride and British groom at the stately home of Ragley Hall located in Warwickshire.  The wedding venue is set within a picturesque 400-acre estate with formal gardens, a lake, and expansive parkland. Ragley Hall features stunning architecture with grand columns and intricate detailing.

On the Friday night 120 guests joined together for an intimate welcome dinner at The Fish hotel in the Cotswolds. The Fish Hotel, Broadway was exclusively booked for guest accommodation and was used throughout the weekend by guests. The bride and groom also hosted an after party the day after the Wedding, dancing the day away to the French Riviera’s No.1 party band The Troubadours.

The marriage took place at the Cotswold Church of St, Micheal’s and All Angels in Broadway, with a mass of beautiful natural seasonal flowers arrangements by the fabulous Paul Hawkins.

Behind the scenes, every care was taken to ensure all guests had a truly unforgettable experience; from hand-picked Daylesford hampers and private airport transfers to on-hand make up artists and personal shoppers – guests really were treated like royalty!

After the marriage, the bride and groom were driven away in a classic American Chevrolet to Ragley Hall. Guests followed suit and upon arrival were piped into the grand entrance of Ragley Hall by a Scots Guards Piper.

The wedding party ascended the awe-inspiring mural staircase and into the spectacular and historic reception rooms of Ragley Hall for Champagne, cocktails, oysters, caviar and canapés.

A three course dinner was served to tables dressed in beautiful red embossed linens, candelabras and fresh roses. The bride and groom entered the dining hall to bagpipes, magical cheers and applauses.

After dinner, guests descended into the most spectacular party marquee situated in Ragley Hall’s rose garden. The marquee set the stage to opulent chandeliers, cocktail bar, mirror human ballerinas and unicorns dancing with guests to several live bands, live event artists and scrumptious evening bites. The evening could not have been bettered and guests partied really hard into the early hours…

The next day guests joined the newly weds back at the Fish Hotel to carry on the party – more drinks, live bands, Sunday roast and endless fun.

This wasn’t just any destination wedding!
