London’s Rosewood Hotel was transformed into a world of Parisian decadence for an unforgettable evening of partying. Guests were immersed in the glamour of Montmartre, with burlesque dancers and singers performing iconic favourites including Come What May and Diamonds Are a Girl’s Best Friend.

The stage shimmered beneath a bespoke heart-shaped backdrop, framed by dazzling Eiffel Tower and Windmill bar sets. Rich red striped satin cloths, flickering candlelight and ornate lamps set a scene of pure romance and drama.

An evening where every detail whispered spectacle, style and splendour.

Earlier this summer, we hosted a party inspired by an enchanted forest - with a marquee transformed into a woodland wonderland.

The enchanted forest theme carried through every detail, from bespoke stationery and natural toned tableware to immersive entertainment and abundant florals. Arrangements in soft pinks, lilacs and deep woodland greens spilled across the tables, while towering tree-like displays created a canopy overhead. Layered with moss, trailing foliage and the gentle glow of candlelight, the scene felt as though guests were dining on the forest floor beneath the moonlight.

This summer we had the pleasure of hosting a very special 3-day party at the magnificent Kirtlington Park in Oxfordshire for overseas guests seeking the ultimate quintessentially British experience.

From elegant private dinners to live bands, opera performances, gun dog displays and more …. every moment was designed to immerse our guests in the Great British culture and beauty.

A highlight of the weekend included a private guided tour of Blenheim Palace, where history and grandeur set the perfect backdrop for unforgettable memories.

We were thrilled to work with the brilliant @cellarsociety, who provided the most exquisite food throughout the weekend, dining that was as creative as it was delicious.

This summer in the Cotswolds, the rain poured, but the party never paused. Guests dined in tipi tents adorned with chandeliers, fire pits, and falling foliage, surrounded by romantic red florals.

A roaming band brought music to dinner, before fireworks lit up the skies. The night danced on with a DJ set and live percussion - the tipi was alive with rhythm, laughter and cocktails!

As the night drew to a close, guests wandered back to the pop-up glamping village. By morning, they woke to delicious bacon rolls and fresh coffee - the perfect finale to a truly unforgettable party.

For Jackie & Leo’s Warwickshire wedding, we transformed an orangery into an enchanted garden. Beneath cascades of wisteria and crystal chandeliers, guests dined at a bespoke wooden table that stretched the length of the room.

A bespoke hand-painted sage green and white chequered floor set the stage, while delicate layers of creams, soft greens and touches of gold created a timelessly elegant scene. Every detail, from the falling florals to the ambient lighting, worked in harmony to conjure a truly magical and enchanted dining space 👏🏽✨

After a wonderfully busy summer, we’re finally back to sharing a few glimpses of the magic we’ve been creating – and what a summer it has been!

One of the highlights was this beautiful wedding in the Malvern Hills…
 Guests were welcomed to an outdoor ceremony accompanied by a live string quartet, before enjoying a champagne reception by the pool – complete with a live oyster shucking station!

As the sun dipped over the valley, celebrations moved into a stunning marquee perched on the hillside, with a sweeping wooden deck and a chic indoor–outdoor bar. The views across the Malvern Valley provided the perfect backdrop for an evening of love, laughter and dancing under the stars.

As the sun dipped over the valley, celebrations moved into a stunning marquee perched on the hillside, with a sweeping wooden deck and a chic indoor–outdoor bar. The views across the Malvern Valley provided the perfect backdrop for an evening of love, laughter and dancing under the stars.

A roaring success! We had the incredible privilege of hosting a Lion King-themed birthday bash for a very special 7 year old at the Peninsula Hotel, London.

From the moment the transformer made a grand entrance, to the rhythmic beats of the African drummers, every detail was meticulously curated. Guests were captivated by the balloon modeller’s amazing creations and had their faces painted into wild safari animals.

The magic mirror photo booth was a hit, capturing memories all day long, while the art and crafts station offered guests the chance to get creative.

A spectacular themed cake took centre stage, paired with a bespoke sweet station and delicious cake pops. The excitement continued with a thrilling science show that had everyone on the edge of their seats, before wrapping up with a paper disco to dance the day away!

2025 off with a bang! This 80s themed 40th birthday party was nothing short of spectacular. Guests were transported straight back to the 80s in this immersive experience where nostalgia and luxury collided.

A roaming band brought the 80s energy playing all the greatest hits, while the room was illuminated with larger than life 80s icons - from Madonna and Prince to Pat Sharp and Adam Ant!! Every detail reminded guests of the 80s era… Rubik’s Cube poseur tables, Pac-Man stationery, and cassette tape name place settings. Even the illuminated tables added a retro twist of fun and elegance to the dining experience.

The evening unravelled with a neon disco themed photo booth, retro cocktail bar, and a DJ booth styled like a giant boombox. The Top of the Pops inspired dance floor, complete with truss fittings and silver disco balls, provided the perfect setting for guests to dance the night away.

Another truly unforgettable evening executed in luxurious style!

Excellent attention to detail is essential, and you must be used to working under high pressure and meeting strict deadlines. You must be approachable, a problem solver and remain calm under pressure. The successful candidate must be well presented and comfortable in the presence of HNW individuals and VIPs.

Weekend work and some evenings are an essential part of the role for events as well as client meetings. Our office is based in the Cotswolds, near Cirencester but the role includes frequent trips to London and the surrounding area for client meetings, and site visits. We are a small but friendly team and enjoy an informal office atmosphere, whilst focussing on delivering the highest level of service to our clients.

The role will include:
• Taking an initial event brief from our Creative Director
• Obtaining required quotes from a variety of suppliers including venues, marquees, catering, production, entertainment, photographers etc
• Input of figures into a spreadsheet to create a detailed estimate for the client
• Booking event suppliers
• Working alongside our Creative Director to ensure all elements of the event have been considered and booked
• Working on site to build the event and take deliveries and liaise with suppliers
• Ensure the smooth running of the event from guest arrival to departure
• Overseeing de-rig to ensure site is left immaculate

Requirements:
• University degree
• 2+ years industry experience (or related role)
• Full driving licence
• Based in the Cotswolds or surrounding area

Salary: Depends on experience. Commission for client introductions available. Health insurance included.

The Pavilion’s inherent charm was our muse, inspiring a palette of rich jewel tones: deep reds, vibrant pinks, warm oranges, and luscious greens, with subtle gold accents.

The tables were dressed to perfection, overflowing with masses of dahlias, heather, roses, ripe pomegranates, striking green table lamps and red tapered candles that mirrored the room’s red walls.

This weeks rain has brought back memories of one of our favourite events - an immersive, underwater themed party that transported guests to a world beneath the waves. At Henry Bonas, we’re all about creating experiences that captivate the imagination and this event was nothing short of extraordinary.

The reception kicked off in spectacular style with a shipwreck bar, where bartenders dressed as sailors served sea inspired cocktails. Stilt walking mermaids entertained guests, while a lively sea shanty band set the perfect nautical tone. But then, the sea turned violent - waves crashed and lights flashed. Pirates, brandishing swords, appeared from the mist and led guests through a cascading waterfall and into an extraordinary underwater dining tent.

Inside, ship portholes offered views of the deep ocean and jellyfish lights floated overhead. The dining tables draped in deep blue linens, were adorned with coral accents and flickering candlelight. Fishermen humorously sold fish to delighted guests while scuba divers swam around the room.
