It is always a great pleasure welcoming clients from overseas and helping them plan their party or wedding in our beautiful country.

It can be daunting trying to organise your party or wedding from afar, and as many of our American clients and party guests have found out, we can help you every step of the way. Being a party planner with extensive knowledge of London and the Cotswolds, we can offer bespoke experiences wherever your celebration takes place.
In the summer of 2018, we had the honour or organising two parties in the Cotswolds for a charismatic California-based client, celebrating his 80th birthday with extended family and friends. Staying at the beautiful Churchill Manor, a privately owned country house near Chipping Norton, meant he could host his family and friends to a relaxed summer garden party one night, and a black tie dinner and dance the following night. From the luxury marquee in the garden we served delicious locally-sourced food and summer cocktails, the ‘surprise’ Rat Pack band filled the dance floor and, with the stunning views of the English countryside (and amazingly hot weather!), everyone was guaranteed fabulous time.
Considering a luxury wedding, with a private and personalised touch? Why not combine the best of both worlds, like our newly married couple from Florida. They flew into London and were whisked to a luxury London hotel where we had arranged Savile Row tailors to fit them for their traditional British morning suits and top hats. A vintage Bentley collected them to make the picturesque journey from London through the beautiful English countryside to the Cotswolds, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Following their wedding blessing in a traditional 18th-century church, they celebrated over lunch in the award-winning gardens at Barnsley House hotel. Our extensive local knowledge meant we could show them the secret side of the Cotswolds, away from the tourist hot spots.
Another of our US-based clients worked with our London party planners to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary by hosting a stunning dinner and dance at the spectacular Wallace Collection in Central London, with 18th Century art as the backdrop to their evening.
