Gin, lychee & elderflower spritz

Fill a chilled highball glass with fresh ice cubes and Gordon’s gin. Then pour elderflower cordial and top up with fresh tonic. Squeeze a wedge of orange into the glass and stir to release the refreshing flavours of summer. Garnish with a wedge of orange or lime.

Passionfruit mule

Slip passion fruit pulp and one teaspoon of lime syrup or juice into a glass and muddle gently. Add in 2 ounces of vodka then top with the ginger beer.

Gently stir then add a wedge of fresh passionfruit and edible flowers for garnish. Shake and strain over fresh ice.

Orange and rose martini

Add blood orange juice, rose infused syrup, vodka and triple sec to a martini shaker filled with ice and shake well. Pour into a martini glass and add top with sparkling wine or club soda.
